IN COLLABORATION WITH GHOST HOUSE TATTOOS NOTTINGHAM
We have bumped heads with our old tattoo pals Ghost House back in our hometown of Nottingham. Justin and team are heavily influenced by everything west coast spending lots of their time over in Los Angeles so we took their favourite sauce (Tapatio) & made our own! Super simple straight forward but absolutely delicious. Fermented red cayenne, fermented chipotle & fermented red jalapeño, this sauce pretty much relies on the beautiful flavours of fermented chillis. We then added a touch of oregano, cumin & black pepper to bring everything together delivering you the best everyday west coast pepper sauce to elevate every dish.
