Porco Diavolo (DEVIL PIG) is a Calabrese style hot sauce with freshly imported Calabrian chillis, balsamic vinegar & red wine vinegar with tropea onions, slow roasted tomatoes, red peppers, sun dried tomatoes spices & star anise.
This sauce is a traditional take on a Calabrian hot sauce, medium spiced with a big hit of liquorice.
Sealed with gold wax, this sauce is an exceptional showcase of everything from southern Italy 😍
